Experienced
♦ OVI Defense has always been an important part of my practice. I've been successfully defending clients charged with alcohol and drug related driving offenses since 1991. I've handled a wide variety of cases in both Federal and State Courts, including cases involving death and multiple offenders.
♦ OVI Defense is a constantly changing area of law. I work diligently to stay informed of all changes, and continuously revise my defense strategy to take advantage of those changes.
♦ OVI Defense also requires a comprehensive understanding of the Driver's License Laws, the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), and the Driver's License issues associated with an OVI offense. I fully understand the controlling law, the BMV, and the potential impact of an OVI offense.
